Unit 15 and Rescue 35 were out for three weather related calls. The first was assisting Company 36 in the area of Eichelbergertown on SR 26. 35 personnel assisted with traffic control on the call, and Unit 15 provide stand-by support. The second call came in moments after returning to station. This call was for a purported accident in the area of Dudley Cut. Company 35 personnel in the area reported there was no wreck, just cars stuck. Motorists in the area pitched in to help push the cars, and get them unstuck. Rescue 35 returned. Seemingly moments later, Rescue 35 was alerted to assist Company 36 with another MVC--this time in Six Mile. Chief 36 arrived on scene and reported car off the roadway, sheared utility pole, and occupants self-extricated with minor or no injuries. Rescue 35 was placed in service prior to responding.
