own firehouse chefs. All of the
options include one or two meats of
your choice,
potatoes, stuffing, noodles,
vegetable, gravy, dinner rolls,
coffee and punch.

Room if meals served by SVFC
The following are rules
and regulations of SVFC Banquet Room rental
**** Please read and
follow our rules ****
1. The $125.00 security
deposit will not be returned if the hall is not
cancelled 30 days prior to the day of the event.
2. The contract permits
use of the banquet room on the day of the event
ONLY. If set up is
needed on the day prior to the event, an additional fee
of $50.00 will be charged. Any music must be stopped by
12 midnight. And the building must be vacated by 1am.
3. The renter will be
responsible for the clean-up of banquet room, restrooms,
parking lot and outside foyer. All decorations must be
removed immediately following the activity and the
facility restored to the condition found. {ex. Free of
all mess and debris including cleaning the floors}
4. The renter is
responsible for any and all damages that occur during
the rental period. Security deposits will be refunded
within 30 DAYS provided the hall is cleaned and no
damages are evident.
5. We do not recommend the
serving of alcoholic beverages and will accept NO
RESPONSIBILITY if you elect to do so.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS
UNDERAGE DRINKING PERMITTED ON SVFC PROPERTY.
If underage drinking occurs, the SVFC reserves the right
to ask all people present to vacate the banquet room and
leave the premises.
6. No decorations may be
placed on the walls or ceiling except where hangers are
available. The renter is responsible for turning off
lights, air conditioning, resetting the heat, and
locking all doors.
7. The renter is paying
for the use of the banquet room, restrooms, adequate
number of tables and chairs, heat, lights, air
conditioning and p.a. system {if requested}.
THE REST OF THE BUILDING IS OFF
LIMITS. Table paper is available for your
use, but please do not use any other supplies.
8. If you are not present
during the setup or tear down, please make others aware
of the rules.
9. This is a smoke free
building, please obey and do not smoke in the building.
Smoking outside the building is permitted. Please place
all ashes and butts in containers outside.
10. The security deposit
will not be returned if the key is lost.
